Absolutely. We offer remote technical support, process optimization consultations, and on-site commissioning and training services where needed. Our engineering team is ready to help you with product selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.

At Adtech, we believe in being a partner — not just a supplier. We work with you to ensure our products deliver the results you expect on your production line.

Yes, we offer free samples for customers who want to test our products in their own production environment before placing a bulk order.

To get started, simply reach out to our sales team with details about your production line layout, melt capacity, alloy type, and the specific quality issues you’re targeting. This helps us recommend the right product for your trial and ensure the test is set up for meaningful results.

Please contact our technical support team directly with your process parameters (melt temperature, treatment time, gas flow rate, etc.) and a description of the issue. We will review your setup remotely and identify possible causes.

If needed, we can arrange on-site assistance to diagnose the problem and adjust the process. At Adtech, we stand behind our products — and we’re committed to helping you get the results you need.

Both MOQ and lead time vary depending on the product type, specifications, and order quantity. For standard consumables, we typically maintain buffer stock to support fast dispatch. For customized products or larger system orders, lead times are determined based on production scheduling and confirmed with you at the time of order.

We understand that on-time delivery is critical to your production. Whatever timeline we commit to, we deliver on it. For a precise quote and lead time, please contact our sales team with your specific requirements.

Product Selection

Common questions about selecting and purchasing aluminum purification systems. Including system choice, product comparison, and spare parts supply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I select the right purification solution for my production line?

It depends on your specific needs. Generally speaking:

  • For removing dissolved hydrogen (pinholes): Consider a rotary degassing unit or fluxes.

  • For removing solid inclusions (oxides, impurities): Consider ceramic foam filters or fluxes.

  • For surface protection and reducing dross: Consider cover fluxes.

The right choice also depends on your melt capacity, alloy type, and quality requirements. At Adtech, we don’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Our technical team will evaluate your production conditions and recommend a customized purification system — whether it’s a single product or a combination solution — to deliver the cleanliness your castings require.

Our advantages come down to three things:

  1. Consistent quality. With over 85% automation in our production lines and strict batch-level inspection, every order delivers the same reliable performance.

  2. Customization. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Our technical team works with you to match product specifications — whether it’s flux formulation, filter PPI, or degasser sizing — to your specific alloy and process conditions.

  3. Technical support. We’re not just a supplier; we’re a partner. From pre-sales selection to on-site troubleshooting, we help you get the most out of our products.

Yes, all spare parts — including rotors, heaters, and other consumables — are available for separate order. We recommend keeping a backup set on site to minimize downtime in case of unexpected wear or damage.

At Adtech, we stock commonly used parts and can ship them quickly to get your production back up and running. For custom or less common parts, please contact our sales team with your equipment model and specifications, and we’ll provide a lead time and quote accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do my aluminum billets have porosity or pinholes when cut open?

Molten aluminum oxidizes instantly upon contact with air, forming the oxide film you see. Pouring or bubbling gas breaks this film, exposing fresh metal that oxidizes again, creating more dross. Moisture in the air or on tools accelerates the reaction.

We ensure quality consistency through our manufacturing process. Taking our ceramic foam filters as an example: we use automated production lines with over 85% automation, strict dimensional control, and batch-level quality inspection to guarantee that every order delivers the same reliable performance.

  1. Incorrect PPI selection. If the pore size is too coarse for your application, inclusions will simply pass through. If it’s too fine, the filter may clog prematurely or restrict flow.

  2. Bypass issues. Gaps around the filter edges allow molten metal to flow around it without being filtered. Proper sealing is essential.

  3. Melt condition. If the aluminum contains an exceptionally high volume of inclusions, even a new filter can clog quickly, reducing effectiveness.

At Adtech, our technical team will work closely with you to ensure that the ceramic foam filter we recommend is precisely customized for your specific production line — from PPI selection to sizing and installation — so you get optimal performance from day one.
