We are pleased to announce the successful commissioning and start-up of an aluminum melt degassing system supplied by AdTech Metallurgical Materials Co., Ltd. at the production facility of Gansu Guangyin Aluminum Co., Ltd.
Following on-site installation, commissioning, and trial operation, the tilting-type degassing equipment was successfully put into production. The equipment completed its initial trial run with stable operating parameters and met the performance requirements specified in the project contract.

How Does Aluminum Melt Degassing Improve Casting Quality?
Gas control is an important part of aluminum melt treatment. Dissolved hydrogen in molten aluminum can become trapped during solidification and contribute to hydrogen porosity in cast products.
By applying an appropriate degassing process before casting, dissolved hydrogen can be reduced, helping improve melt cleanliness and reduce the risk of gas-related casting defects.
