Product View
Integrated Launder Equipment is designed for the safe transfer and temperature preservation of molten aluminum between the furnace, treatment equipment, and casting machine. By combining a high-performance launder lining, insulated cover system, and optional heating technology, it helps minimize temperature loss and maintain stable metal quality throughout the casting process.
The launder body is manufactured with precision-molded refractory materials to ensure dimensional accuracy, smooth metal flow, and long service life. Depending on production requirements, different heating methods can be integrated to compensate for heat loss during transportation and casting.
Key Benefits
- Minimize molten aluminum temperature loss during transfer
- Improve metal flow stability and casting consistency
- Resistant to corrosion from aluminum and alloy melts
- Smooth inner surface reduces metal adhesion and buildup
- Flexible heating options for different casting processes
- Custom dimensions and configurations available
Equipment Types Radiation Heating Launder
The radiation heating system utilizes silicon carbide heating elements or radiant tubes positioned above the launder cover. Heat is transferred evenly to the launder chamber through thermal radiation, helping maintain molten aluminum temperature during transportation.
This solution is particularly suitable for long transfer distances and continuous casting operations where stable thermal conditions are required.
Electric Hot Air Heating Launder
The electric hot air system generates heated airflow and delivers it into the launder through specially designed air inlets. The system rapidly preheats the launder before production and provides supplementary heating during operation.
It is an ideal choice for facilities requiring quick startup, efficient temperature recovery, and flexible production scheduling.
Flame Heating Launder
The flame-heated design incorporates gas burners mounted on the launder cover. Combined with an intelligent control cabinet, the system automatically regulates flame intensity and temperature according to process requirements.
This heating method provides efficient thermal compensation and is widely used in high-capacity aluminum casting plants where precise temperature control is critical.
